Making Communities Better
We have a saying at WJFG – a community should be a better place for having one of our businesses in it. And we mean it. We support food poverty and food education charities with charitable donations. But we do more than that. We also donate our surplus food and give our time as volunteers, with all colleagues given a volunteering day each year on full pay.
It’s Important to Care
This is one of our values and it’s mighty important to us in the food we make, our customers and the people who make our businesses great. We care for our colleagues and really want them to feel part of our family business – to enjoy coming to work, to feel safe, included and valued. We ask our colleagues care for each other too.
